mir22 is cancer patient can be studied by real time PCR and insitu hybridisation analysis for mir22. For real time PCR analysis, the RNA is isolated from the Human blood from White blood cells. The RNA is then converted to cDNA and then quantitative analysis is done by real time PCR.

In insitu hydribisation, the mir22 probe is hybridised and checkedd by flouroscence ot hybridisation test.
