URGENT!! MOST URGENT Q I\'ve ever had!! Please help

A. the substrate has reached saturation conc.
b. the 2nd binding site has a lower k2. THerefore, we ee a dec. in measured reaction rate at high [S]
c. At high [s] the enzyme is denatured, causing a decrease in measured reaction rate
d. the second binding site has lower affinity. At this site, A acts as a homotropic inhibtor

17.The enzyme \"E\" catalyzes the reaction A B.The vo for the reaction at a given [E], but different [A] is shown. Structural data shows that A can bind to E at two different sites. What is theMOST LIKELY explanation for all these data? [Al

Solution

The most likely explanation for this question would be that at high concentrations of substrate the enzymes gets denatured that is why there is a peak in the reaction and then a sudden drop causing the reaction rate also to reduce.
