I had an extra credit question on an exam I recently took and I\'m just wondering how other people would answer this. Suppose you had a straight line (shown in the picture). You are an engineer commissioned to place a water well, W, such that it is the shortest distance from A,B, and C. Where would you place W? Thank you!

suppose if it is starting from A then Well W should be placed at A.

otherwise,if it is starting from C then well W should be placed at C.

if it is in middle then it should be placed in between B and C.
