DCT ,and Henel,s loop.

Large amount of water reabsorbed from collecting duct to produce a concentrated urine .This also allow s passege of small amounts of urea in to medullary interstitium to keep up osmolarity .Besides to maintain the pH and ionic balance of the body by selective secretion of H⁺ and K⁺ ions .
