The construction risks in a ranked order may be written as :

1: Designing risk

2: lack of technologies

3: management errors

4: shortage of qualified members

The reason for the designing error as ist ranked is that since it is the first step in after surveying which is done in the field of construction and which should be necesserily correct without any errors .whole construction can only be done when designed properly .

Lack of technologies leads to constuctions in a very bad order or we can say it is now a days impossible to do anything without these technologies .when it comes to time , saving time is much important which can only be done when we use latest and appropriate technology .

Managemant error is also one of the greatest risk in construction field as if we lack that no project will come to completion . Constructions can effectively done when we have proper time and resourse management .
