(x - xo)² + (y - yo)² + (z - zo)²  = R²

   x² + y² + 4 - 4y + z² +16 + 8z  = 5

x² + y² + z² - 4y + 8z + 20 = 5

x² + y² + z² - 4y + 8z + 15 = 0
