Mean ( u ) =49.3
Standard Deviation ( sd )=8.4
Normal Distribution = Z= X- u / sd ~ N(0,1)                  
P(X > 53.0303) = (53.0303-49.3)/8.4
= 3.7303/8.4 = 0.4441
= P ( Z >0.444) From Standard Normal Table
