LHS taking (1+cosx)(1-cosx) as lcd

So, ( 1+cosx + 1-cosx )/( 1-cos^2x)

= 2/sin^2x

=2csc^2(x)

So, It is not equal to csc^2x i.e.RHS

So, it is not an identity
