Solution

The Reflected Load(RL) in multi-tap tranformer can found in following steps

1.Find the number of turns in a primary winding upto the tap connected i.e from ref to tap1 or2 or3 so on depending on the tap connected to the switch.The number of turns found as Nprimary

2.Follow the same procedure in above for a secondary winding to which load (R) is connected and find the corresponding number of turns as Nsecondary

3.Reflected Load RL=R*(Nprimary/Nsecondary)^2;
