We can use Greedy Algorithms, the tools which can be used are like the Activity Selection Problems, in Activity Selection Problems, we get greedy on the process having the least finishing time, the main motive of the activity selection is to select more and more number of processes in a given interval of time.

So in this case if a process is completed at its earliest then the customers are getting the order on time but if the finishing time of an order is more that the desired time we can select the process and then work on the different parts of the process like when the process started how much time should it take, how much time it is taking, and if it is taking more time getting to the root cause to check what the problem is, so this is the method we can use for getting the root cause of the problems arises in the delay of the orders.
