Solution

Here the radius = 32.5 = 16.25 m

so angular velocityy of the outer surface = 2pi x 24 = 48 pi

and thus its linear velocity = 48 pi x 16.25 = 48 x 3.14 x 16.25

= 2449.2 m per min.
