2 Explain how slavery could be discussed in the Constitution
2. Explain how slavery could be discussed in the Constitution even though the Constitution never contains the words \"slavery\" or \"slaves?\" Through clever circumlocutions like \"persons held in service or labor\" and \"all other persons,\" slavery is included but without the use of such a distasteful word.
Solution
Slavery is the term which is not included in the constitution and which will not. Slavery and untouchability are the backward mentalities and those has been removed from the society very long back. Persons working as lobour are not the slaves. They can work if they want otherwise they can quit. They has such freedom. So, constitution has no such term or no such meaning.
