each milk has it\'s own nutritional value based on an individual\'s health condition which needs to be considered by the nutritionist before suggesting an individual a particular milk
points to be considered are as follows:
1. soy milk is rich in omega 3 fatty acid which is a good source for an individual for healthy heart, whereas cow\'s milk conatins saturated fat and cholesterol which is not good to maintain heart in a good condition.
2.cow\'s milk is good for individual\'s planning to reduce weight since cows milk has more calories than soy milk.
3. both cow\'s milk and soy milk are very good for body builder\'s since it helps them to build muscles, due to the presence of essential amino acids present in both milk which help in muscle building.
4.some individula\'s are lactose intolerant, whre in they are suggested to consume soy milk instead of cow\'s milk
5.but in some cases individual with hyroid conditions are not adviced to consume soy milk, instead they consume cow\'s milk
