Solution
The collaboration had three stages –
First stage was when the parties involved come up to a decision to form collaboration and give it a purpose. In this stage they get together and design a strategy and set up a program.
Second stage included establishment of procedures to be followed for the implementation of the strategy designed. It also involved specifying the needs and searching for alternatives for better results. Lastly it involves arriving at an agreement to proceed with the implementation.
The last stage involves the control and supervision of the implementation process going as per planning. If any issues generate along the course how to deal with them.
