But nowadays there are companies which gets their part of project done by another company but still they mention the name . Here i am referring to turnkey type projects.

Things you have to keep in your mind is that the project should be running on time.

There shouldn\'t be any difference between the actual design and the work being done on field.

It\'s your responsibility to check and regulate the project time to time as per the actual design.

So here in this case you should first stop the work so that minimal change is required, if we stop it at initial stage.

Then we should inform the owner, design engineer to make the necessary changes in design..
