Solution
Customer value proposition consists of the sum total of benefits which a vendor promises a customer will receive in return for the customer’s associated payment. Understanding customer needs is important because it helps to promote a product. To gain a customer’s attention and approval will help build sales faster and more profitably, as well as work to increase market share. If sellers can allow consumers to differentiate the price and quality among products, it will be a good proposition for the product to succeed. Increase the number of customers that talk to you and that will increase the number of customers that buy from you. Meeting the customer’s expectations for the basic product or service, exceeding expectations, for example, delivering ahead of time, suggesting new or innovative ways that the customer can benefit are few propositions that can add customer value.
