(ii) Lead by example: It is very important to give team members a good example of model behaviour.
(iii) Consistency: Employees should know what to expect from the supervisor. Supervisor should have firm control over emotions and should treat all team members equally.
(iv) Willing to change: Good supervisors can\'t be completely stuck in their ways. They need to be willing to recognize when a specific approach isn\'t working and make changes accordingly, even if it involves admitting that they were wrong.
(v) Accountability: The supervisor is responsible for your whole team. If a deadline is missed or a client is lost, supervisors should not blame others for the mistake. Instead, supervisor come up with a plan to avoid making the same mistakes in the future.
