Option (A) i.e; Flux A is equal to Flux B
even tho though the fluxes are of different nature ( curved abd flat) the hemisphere will offer a uniform distribution of area throught out the surface and inside hence irrespective of their nature any kind of fluxes will always be equal inside a closed hemisphere
