The flower color in daisy is determined by 3 genes (Alleles):

1) The gene of the wild-type, pure breeding Golden daisy. The mutant of which results in a pure breeding White and Pale Yellow Flowers. This Golden flower gene also proves to be the dominant allele as all of the F1 generation (100) and the majority of the F2 generation (157) have golden color flowers.

2) The gene of the White daisy flowers. This gene also plays a part in color determination as the pure breeding White daisy are cross bred with the pure breeding Yellow daisy, producing the 100 plants F1 generation, which then self fertilize to produce the F2 generation.

3) The gene of the Yellow daisy flowers. This gene also plays a part in color determination as the pure breeding Yellow daisy are cross bred with the pure breeding White daisy, producing the 100 plants F1 generation, which then self fertilize to produce the F2 generation.
