Solution

Delivery of health care.

Due to public health care system we received montlhy the medicine prescribed by a doctor, this helps people to receive what they need from they house and aviods doing long lines to get the medicine.

Another great benefit of this service is that you dont need to pay extra to get your medicines delivered, you just have to sign up and next month you start receiving your medicines.

One problem with this service is that sometimes specific medicines are not available and you do not get any notice you will just receive the rest (if is available) and there is no phone call in advance. I understand that some times supply could be low but at least they should have the courtesy to call in advance so the patient could run to the local drug store and purchase that medicine.
