In two factor ANOVA there are two independent variables.

Hence the hypothesis are :

1) H01 : Population means of the first factor are equal.

     HA1 : Population means of the first factor are not equal.

2) H02 : Population means of the second factor are equal.

     HA2 : Population means of the second factor are not equal.

3) H03: There is no interaction between two factors.

     HA3 : There is interaction between two factors.
