Set up null and alternate as

H0: There is no relation between community type and having broadband

Ha: There is relation between them

Two tailed chi square test

Prepare contingency table

chi-square = 11.7
degrees of freedom = 2
probability = 0.003

As p <0.01, reject null hypothesis.

There is relation between the two.
