This is similar case to when you have a book shelf with 10 vacant places and you have 5 books of first kind and 5 books of 2nd kind. And you are asked the number of ways the shelf can be , given there is no vacant places after the books have been put into shelves.
In this case the number of ways would simply be 10!/(5!5!) = 252
