Solution

by comparing the observed time, normal time and the standard time for each of the procedures we can decide the standard time for the pre- post exam process for the patients. the shorter the standard time the better for the patient. patients come to the medical center for relief, if the time consumed for these procedures is more they are stressed, which in turn increases the disease. as a disease is defined correctly as a ceasation to be at ease or being uneasy - DISEASE. we should try to minimise their agony not aggravate it by lengthy procedures which are pre and post exam prodedures which involves medical records.
