To get 40% Ferrite and 60% pearlite: Cool to 650 degree celcius in 10 seconds

To get more than 90% martensite, when cooled to 100 degree celcius in less than 40 seconds

To get more than 50% martensite and 50% bainite, cool to 166 degree celsius in 1000 seconds
