Solution
The prospective study on the local experience on the outcome of \"methotrexate chemoprophylaxis\" for high risk hydatidiform mole cases of pregnant women has described that there are various toxic effects produced by \"chemotherapy of methotrexate\" mainly folic acid deficiency inside the normal cells apart from cancer cells inside the womb. Therefore, it is essential to administer folic acid along with methotrexate chemoprophylaxis for high risk hydatidiform mole cases. It has clearly illustrated in this prospective study that PChem may potentially decrease the risk of developing & progression of gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN) during pregnancy mainly in women who ate at malignant transformation but there was reported incidents of poor epidemiological aspects of PChem due to chemotherapeutic drug resistance.
