Therefore, it is essential to administer folic acid along with methotrexate chemoprophylaxis for high risk hydatidiform mole cases. It has clearly illustrated in this prospective study that PChem may potentially decrease the risk of developing & progression of gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN) during pregnancy mainly in women who ate at malignant transformation but there was reported incidents of poor epidemiological aspects of PChem due to chemotherapeutic drug resistance.
