The value 82.6 HRB may be from one of the 7000 aluminium series i.e 7005, 7026, 7050, 7068 or 7075. 7075 has close value which is 87 HRB.
Percentage error formula is already provided. e.g. standard value for aluminium alloy is 82.6. Experimental value is 91.9. This will give 11.25% error. As it is mentioned in the question , there can be little error in the calculation.
