cargill kitchen is a food point in US which produces eatable products with Eggs. they are following a strategy called as work rotation, every employee can works for 20 minitues at one process, and next 20 minitues at the other process. one has to do in such way and by following this practice, the workers can becomes multi skilled at work place.

i would like to work in this type of environement only. because if i keep on doing the same work for months and years together definitely at one point of time i may dis interested at work. and the work becomes boring and i may not perform well. if i assigned different tasks in different periods, i can learn new things regularly and it will help me to grow and become stronger in my personal and professional life also.

for a regular work and for the common tasks, this process is acceptable. but when it comes to sensitive work and which requires much skills and experience to complete the work, this system may not give best results.
