Average download time per MB for fast download = avg(3.5/3 + 21/18 + 120/110 + 318/265 + 750/600 + 1260/1250 + 3900/4000) = 1.122 sec/MB
For regular broadband:
= avg(19/3 + 108/18 + 600/110 + 1390/265 + 3120/600 + 6300/1250 + 18900/4000)
=5.428 sec/MB
For file size of 25.1 MB,
for fast broadband, time = 25.1*1.122 = 28.16 seconds
For slow broadband, time = 25.1*5.428 = 136.24 seconds
