     Thirty two people in the same town reported to their physicians with fever (40degree C) jaundice, and tender abdomen. All had eaten an ice beverage purchased from a local convenience store. Liver function tests were abnormal. Over the next several months, the symptoms subsided, and liver function returned to normal.  What is the disease?  Differentiate among the three listed types of hepatitis by method of transmission, causative agent, and whether or not they can cause chronic disease.

B. All hepatitis virus can cause acute hepatitis but hepatitis type B and C cause chronic hepatitis means hepatitis C is chronic disease.
Hepatitis B is caused by hepadnaviridae.
A. Hepatitis A is caused by contaminated water, all the patient had eaten ice slush breverage. It effect liver function, hepatitis a is resolve within days to week. It is treatable by medical professional
Hepatitis A is transmitted by ingestion of contaminated food and water that is contaminated by human waste ( oral or fecal ). . It cause by picornaviridae.
Hepatitis B spread through sexual contact, transfer of blood or serum through shared needles on drug abusers, blood transfusion and needle contaminated with infected blood.
