a)midpoin is at, r= 959/2= 479.5 nm

electric potential is given by

V= kq/r

electric potential due to two protons

V= 2× kq/r= 2× 9*10^9* 1.6*10^-19/(479.5*10^-9)= 6*10^-3 V

b) net electric field at mid point = 0 N/C, b

because electric field due to both protons cancels each other at mid point.

c) direction of field is undetermined.
