The climatic stability hypothesis for the change in biodiver
The climatic stability hypothesis for the change in biodiversity with latitude states that: more stable climates will lead to lower biodiversity due to broad niches for individual species less stable climates leads to lower biodiversity due to the inability of many species to adapt to climatic variation more stable climates in the tropics provide greater solar energy to support biodiversity more stable climates in the tropics in greater rates of thereby enhancing biodiversity.

  Solution
Less stable climate leads to lower biodiversity due to the inability of many species to adapt to climatic variation.
