Just need help with the temperature section, I can not seem to find the solutions anywhere in the textbook section.
Thank you!

This incomplete concept map shows the four major physical factors controlling microbial growth. Fill in each of the empty boxes with the correct term for that type of microbe.Solution
Tree diagram of Physical factors controlling microbial growth including temperature
Which includes three groups are
Psychrotroph Mesophiles Thermophiles
Psychrotroph (15C -30 C)
150C = Vibrio marinus
250C = Thiobacillus novellus
Mesophiles (370C)
Vibrio cholerae
Thermophiles (600C - 108 0C)
60 0C = Bacillus flavothermus
950C = Sulfolobus acidocaldarius
Psychrotrophs-
Optimal and maximal growth temperatures above 15 and 20°C, respectively.
Psychrotrophic bacteria and fungi are the principal cause of spoilage of refrigerated food.
Examples: Pseudomonas, Bacillus, Clostridium, etc.
Mesophiles-
Grows best in moderate temperature.
Temperature range: 20°C to 45°C.
Examples: Escherichia coli, Streptococcus pneumoniae, etc.
Thermophiles-
Heat-loving microorganisms.
Grow at 50°C or higher.
Examples: Thermus aquaticus
