Solution

TTIPP stands for Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership.

Employee rights are coming under pressure, and jobs in numerous industries are endangered. In the USA, only a few basic rights for employees are recognised (only two out of the eight ILO core labour standards). In agriculture and in the electrical industry, massive job losses could occur because of the tougher competition from abroad.

Yes Free trade deals have harmed American workers. Reason is that American workers have to compete with workers from other countries that are willing to work at a lower wage and more hours.

Also in some countries, labourers are forced to work and their wages and passports are confiscated. American workers shall not compete against these workers.

No Globalization cannot be humanized because globalization occured in search of cheap resources and cheap labour. Because of this companies shift their manufacturing units to developing countries. Because of this people cross borders in search of jobs and are forced to work in inhuman conditions for lower wages.

Hence Globalization cannot be humanized untill humans don\'t stop making it inhuman.
