I Im planing to transfert to a 4 years college and my major

I- I\'m planing to transfert to a 4 years college and my major is Mechanical engineer: I have to write an essay about half page in which I explain why I chose that major and why I chose that specific college

II-The second question is about writing an essay ( about half page) about a leaderhip skills

Please I need help with that because my english is not that good and those essays have to be in a good form

Answer 1: Why i chose Mechanical Engineering?

In this i will get a great oppurtunity to create something tangible and useful which can be used by others which is the greatest joy.It is the broadest branch of engineering so career options are open even after we graduate.Things are easy to imagine and visualize in mechanical engineering.Range of skills are developed starting from a foundary man,machinist to a researcher and policy maker.Great salaries and global oppurtunities.

Why i chose that specific college?

Good reputation,range of academic programmes,good location,college graduates get good jobs,wanted to go a college about this size,have a personal inclination towards this college.

Leadership skills

A leader requires a wide range of skills to be efficient like good communication,planned work,adaptive to change,integrity i.e. a deep commitment to do right things for the right reason.Leaders with integrity are incorruptible and they do not break the trust of people who confided on them.It is the most important leadership skill.Other skills includes vision,courage,humility,creativity,conviction,trustworthiness.The true leader carries his team with him their interests becomes his interest their problems becomes his and he deals with those problems with the utmost attention and courage without sacrificing his moral and ethical values.He does calculated planning and assesment of the outcomes before taking any decision for the greatest benefit of his companions.
