The distal end of the humerus has 3 condyles - the lateral epicondyle, medial epicondyle and the condyle which comprises of capticulum and trochlea. The capticulum articulates with radius and trochlea with the ulna. The lateral and the medial epicondyles are for the attachment of the muscles. The olecranon fossa is the for the articulation of olecranon process of ulna of the forearm.
