in simple terms, six sigma can not used in chacolate manufacturing or milk packing. it can be used in electronic goods manufacturing like refrigerators, television sets, systems and hardware instruments and even in manufacturing of vehicles.

here the only concern is the durability, cost, quality and life of the product. it does not mean that we can use a shirt for more than one year so, why dont we implement the strategy.
