Yes, I believe that every state shall be subject to International Criminal Court and International court of Justice as to bring to justice whose who violate human rights. This way every person will be judged by the same laws, penalties and same provisions without any relaxation of any type.

Human rights is a sensitive issues as this is related to humanity and how peaple are willing to kill it for their own benefits. To protect humanity and keeping it alive, it is important to keep a check on the people who violates the rights. And those who violates the rights shall be severly punished so as to set an example infront of others so that they know what they will have to go through if they breach any human rights. For this uniformity in laws is important and thus i am in favour that every state should be subject to the International Criminal Court and International Court of Justice as to bring to justice those who violate human rights.
