Solution

when the capacitors are in parallel========c1+c2

when the capacitors are in series=======(c1c2/c1+c2)

last capacitors 6 and 30 are in series =1/6 + 1/30 =1/5

the equivalent 1/5 is in parallel with 6uf capacitor====1/5 + 6 =31/5

the quivalent is in series with 20uf=we get =0.92uf

the 0.92uf is in parallel with 3uf==3+0.92=3.92uf

i.e the equivalent capacitor is 3.92uf
