Solution

The first image describes Transport Work.

Transport work is referred to as the pumping of substances (protein, glucose molecule) across the plasma membrane against the concentration gradient. The energy required for the transport is provided by the ATP molecule.

The second image describes the Mechanical Work.

Contraction of muscle cells, beating of cilia and movement of chromosome during cell reproduction are classical examples of mechanical work. In this scenario, ATP carries out the mechanical work and in the process gets converted to ADP and release of energy.

The third image represents Chemical Work.

Endergonic reaction that usually do not occur spontaneously can be completed via chemical work by ATP molecule. Example: formation of polymers from monomeric units.
