Precision means repeatability of a measurement.

Sensitivity or Bit resolution means smallest change in number of bits that makes the resultant image better/clear.

Voltage that the amount of current, the device takes in and output range means what range of volts the resulting signal falls in between. Say between 1 to 3 Volts.
