Do you think planning becomes more important or less important in a world where everything is changing fast and crises are a regular part of organizational life? Why??

When crises become negative then, the country at least should come out of that situation in the short run. At this situation planning is important to manage the situation. But Classics or real business cycle theorists do not accept this view as they believe shock can be minimized over long-run.
