So, PV/T = constant

P1 = 15, V1 = 20, T1 = 200

V2 = 13, T2 = 407

P1V1/T1 = P2V2/T2

So, P2 = P1V1T2 / T1V2 = 15 * 20 * 407 / ( 200 * 13 ) = 46.96 psia
