In above artcial study is done of the care coordination for the beneficial efffect in cancer therapy, there is no doubt that health sservices and care coordination in the health is always been appreciated in forms of recovery from the any kind of disease. so identification of any barrier ro the health sevices or care cordination must be studied or parameter which lake in most helath care professional must be resolved. so in present work qualitative study is done by coverting in to the various group, and continuos monitorinng done on the helath services and coordination provided the patient of cancer in to the various ggroup by the known health practicenor. the six parameter is included for study it is  recognising health professional roles and responsibilities, implementing comprehensive multidisciplinary team meetings, transitioning of care: falling through the cracks, inadequate communication between specialist and primary care, inequitable access to health services and managing scarce resources. based on the data collection is done by fragmenting in to small group by 20 patient and 29 health cares professsional, it is based on queation which is given in artical, and anylysis of the data can be done by  QSR NVivo 7 .based on result we can conclud that This study has identified recognising health professional roles and responsibilities, implementing comprehensive MDT meeting, transitioning of care: falling through the cracks, inadequate communication between specialist and primary care, inequitable access to health services and managing scarce resources as the key barriers to coordination of cancer care.
