What are the factors that make it easy to confront or fail to confront a person who expresses prejudice or discriminates against another person?

A person may or may not confront another person who expresses prejudice or discriminates against another person.

Personal experience – Confronting a person for anything affects a lot by the personal experience of the person confronting. If he has had a very good experience after confronting and has the skills to negotiate while confronting, then the person will confront willingly otherwise not.

Personal Benefit – If a person thinks or knows that confronting will benefit him then he will if confronting does not benefit him then he will not.

Personal Value – A person with a self-conscious will definitely confront, because he would not tolerate any prejudice and discrimination.
