Answer= Dilutions 1/10^6

1]to make this dilution take 1 ml of stock solution in bottle add 99 ml of buffer solution - bottle 1

2] Then take 1ml of solution from bottle 1 & mix with 9 ml of buffer

3] second dilution is diluted by three successive 1/10 dilutions

i.e

(1 / 1 + 99) X ( 1/ 1+ 9 ) X (1/10) X (1/10) X( 1/10) = 1 /1000000
