Northwest Bakery produces seven types of loaf bread and dist

Northwest Bakery produces seven types of loaf bread and distributes the bread to local grocery stores each day of the week. Juanita Gomez is the marketing manager for Northwest Bakery and she is trying to figure out how to improve sales. She may want to discontinue some types of bread or add new types. She asked the production department to record the production levels of the seven types of bread and Bob McGeorge, the production manager, put these data in a file named Northwest Bakery. The file is attached.

Juanita has just asked you, who has just been hired in the marketing department, to do some analysis on the data. She would like:

1. (5 pts) A chart showing percentages of each type of bread produced.

2. (7 pts) A table showing the average amount of each type of bread produced per day and the variability of the production of each type of bread.

3. (8 pts) She also mentioned that Bob would like to see a chart of average daily production so he can better manage workloads of the production staff.

4. Produce the appropriate charts, graphs and tables in Excel

5. (5 pts) Compile a brief report in a Word document explaining what you did and include the charts, graphs and/or tables in the document.
