I am the heatthcare manager of a private clinic, specializing in ENT (ear, nose and throat). My job is to administer, plan, direct and co-ordinate medical as well as health services. The strategy of my clinic is to provide world class treatment to patients suffering from any kind of ENT ailments, at as much reasonable price as possible. For this purpose we have a group of physicians and ENT specialists on board who are not full time employees, but visit the clinic on a daily basis as a guest physician to treat the patients.

My job is to see that all costs are within control and there is efficiecny in all areas of operation - be it procurement of medicines, or hiring of new nurses and staff or other administrative areas. This helps the clinic in keeping costs under control.
