From the given figure, we can say that the MOSFET Q1 is ON due to high gate-source voltage of 2.5v and that of Q2 is OFF dut to Vgs is grounded.
As Q1 conducts Vdd =5v appears at V1 terminal hence V1=5 volts
As Q2 doent conduct Vss = -2.5v appears at V2 terminal. So V2= -2.5 volts
