Describe the difference in cell division between normal cell
Describe the difference in cell division between normal cells and cancer cells. What are the differences between mitosis and Meiosis?
Solution
Solution:
=>Difference in cell division in normal cell and cancer cell are-
In normal cells,division occur controllably.And it stops when needed.But cancer cell division is completly different from other and it is uncontrollable.Biological aging also not able to control this cell growth.Due to over growth it damage itself and other neighbour tissues also affected.
=>Differences between mitosis and meiosis:
=>Mitosis
Mitosis is the process in which cell divides into two identical daughter cells.In mitosis reproduction is asexual.In this process no. of chromosome remain same.Cell division occur in four phases only once.
=>Meiosis
In meiosis,a cell divides two times to produce four cells.No. of chromosome reduced to half in meiosis.Mode of reproduction is sexual in it.In meiosis cell division occur two times in eight phases,one time during first four phases and second time in last four phases.
